BYZ was born from a single obsession: the belief that what you drink should be as memorable as who you share it with. We don't just serve cocktails — we curate experiences that linger long after last orders.
Every detail is considered: hand-selected rare spirits, house-made infusions aged in bespoke barrels, and a team of alchemists who treat each glass as a canvas. This is not a bar. This is BYZ.

Obsidian Martini

Our most requested creation. Passionfruit-washed gin, fresh ginger, hand-pressed lemon, chilli tincture, egg-white foam. Served in a chilled crystal coupe, crowned with rose-water drops and a dehydrated chilli leaf.
